Defects on Our End:

We take full responsibility if the problem originates from our side, leading to defective pieces or any other quality-related concern. In such cases, we offer two solutions:

1. Reprints for Specific Defects:

   We commit to promptly reprinting the specific defective pieces, ensuring your order meets our quality standards.

2. Store Credit Alternative:

   As an additional gesture, we provide store credit equivalent to the cost of the affected pieces, giving you flexibility in choosing the resolution that best suits your needs.
